My Father Joseph Salmeri began in the insurance industry in 1965. For myself I began in the business some 20 years later. Not only was I educated in local schools and colleges, I have obtained great knowledge by working as a professional painter, construction worker, agri-business and farming, auto body and many other occupations. As a homeowner / business owner I know it's not easy.
My wife Michelle Salmeri handles the day to day operations. Not only does her local education assist us, but it's her disciplined values with work ethics she acquired through her family's businesses including farming.
